Do I need to involve the other party in the first appointment?

No. The initial consultation is for you alone. If the matter later moves toward a separation agreement or a collaborative arrangement, we can discuss at that point how and whether the other party might be involved. There is no requirement to bring them along at the start.

How long does a separation agreement typically take?

This depends on how straightforward the matters are and how prepared both parties are to reach an understanding. Some agreements are completed within a few weeks; others require more time. We discuss the realistic timeline with you at the outset, based on your specific circumstances.

We have assets and children in more than one country. Can you help?
